- LLB Graduates: If you’ve completed your LLB degree or have an equivalent foreign qualification recognized by SAQA, you’re eligible. Final-year students who will complete their degree by March 2025 can also apply.

- South African Citizens: You must be a citizen with no prior legal experience or vocational training for legal practitioners.
