How to Apply for SANParks Internship Programme 2024

Required Education

  • Procurement
  • Logistics

Selection Criteria

To qualify for the Internship Placement Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an unemployed graduate aged 18 – 35.
  • Be a South African Citizen.
  • Have completed a National Diploma (NQF 6 or higher) in one of the specified disciplines from a South African Public Higher Education Institution (HEI).
  • Must not have previously been employed or participated in an Internship/placement programme.
  • Candidates with a Driver’s license will have an added advantage.

Important Information

  • Accommodation and Transportation: Candidates wishing to apply from outside their area of residence must be willing to find their own accommodation and transportation, considering the stipend.

  • SAQA Evaluation: Applicants with foreign qualifications must have them evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
  • Verification and Pre-screening: All appointments for internships are subject to a verification and pre-screening process.
  • No Manual Applications: Manual applications will not be accepted.
  • Communication with Candidates: Correspondence will be entered into with shortlisted candidates only. Applications not responded to within 14 days of the closing date must be considered unsuccessful.
