About the YES Initiative
The Youth Employment Service (YES) is a public-private initiative led by the Presidency of South Africa to combat the youth unemployment crisis. Eskom, as part of this initiative, is offering work opportunities for unemployed youth in the energy sector.
Minimum Requirements:
- Disability: Must be a South African citizen living with a disability.
- Age: Between 18 to 34 years.
- Education: Must have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics, Accounting, Physical Science, and English.

Selection Criteria:
- Employment History: Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer for more than 1 year.
- Education Status: Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment.

Successful applicants will undergo a recruitment process, and if selected, will be placed in Eskom Operations across the Central East Cluster in KwaZulu-Natal.
