Position: Administrative Officer (Level 7)

Salary: R308,154 – R362,994 per annum (exclusive of benefits)
Location: Mount Fletcher Local Office x1

Minimum Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognized by SAQA
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literacy

Duties

  • Provide support services to the Local Office in transport, Human Resources Administration, Provisioning Services, General Administrative Support Services, Asset Management activities, and manage subordinates
  • Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3)

Position: Grants Administrators (Level 5)

Salary: R216,417 – R254,928 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

  • East London Local Office x1 (Ref SAS 09/24)
  • Fort Beaufort Local Office x2 (Ref SAS 10/24)

Minimum Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Computer literacy

Added Advantage

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Administrative/clerical experience

Duties

  • Assist in the administration of Social Grants at the Local Level
  • Effectively screen all grant applications
  • Capture applications on the system
  • Provide customer care
  • Process other grant documentation/perform other grant administration functions
  • Conduct quality control on grant applications
  • Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA Chapter 6, Part 3)
