Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognized by SAQA
- 3 years of relevant experience

Duties
- Provide support services to the Local Office in transport, Human Resources Administration, Provisioning Services, General Administrative Support Services, Asset Management activities, and manage subordinates
- Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
Position: Grants Administrators (Level 5)
Salary: R216,417 – R254,928 per annum (exclusive of benefits)

- Fort Beaufort Local Office x2 (Ref SAS 10/24)

Duties
- Assist in the administration of Social Grants at the Local Level
- Effectively screen all grant applications
- Capture applications on the system
- Provide customer care
- Process other grant documentation/perform other grant administration functions
- Conduct quality control on grant applications
- Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA Chapter 6, Part 3)
