We are currently inviting applications from dynamic individuals for the role of Receptionist. This position is based at the Public Investment Corporation in Pretoria and offers a chance to be part of a team that values diversity, excellence, and meaningful change.

Position Details:

  • Salary: All-inclusive remuneration package negotiable

Purpose of the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide reception and switchboard services to the PIC.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Secretarial Diploma / Certificate
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Key Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Receive and direct calls from various stakeholders.
  • Prepare boardrooms and training rooms.
  • Assist with boardroom bookings and help clients navigate the office.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries politely and promptly.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including capturing requisitions.
  • Maintain the reception area.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reception and switchboard experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good personal presentation skills.
