Personal Assistant (Procurement Department)

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (or any related field)
2. Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role (ideally within procurement or the supply chain environment)
3. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software

The Personal Assistant will support the Procurement Department by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient operations within the procurement process. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of supply chain management.

Bookkeeper

Requirements:

1. 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
2. Tertiary Financial Management / Accounting qualification
3. Valid code 8 Driver’s License (own vehicle) – Advantageous
4. Full MS Office proficiency
5. Experience with Sage 50/Sage 200 or similar systems
6. Sound understanding of accounting concepts and a hands-on approach
7. Experience in the FMCG, Fast Food, or Retail sectors

As a Bookkeeper, you will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and experience working in fast-paced environments such as FMCG, fast food, or retail sectors.
