Role Summary and Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist at Medicross Malvern, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth admissions process and handling various queries from stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete admissions process
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling administrative, switchboard, billing, and pay point duties

Inherent Requirements
- Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- Higher certificate (NQF level 5)
- Previous reception experience (minimum 1 – 2 years) in a hospital or clinic environment
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of Medical Schemes
