Siza Water is excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Officer. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water Loss Applications: Processing and monitoring applications.
- Rates Clearance Figures: Execute and monitor submission.
- Customer Support: Attending to customer queries and complaints.
- Financial Journals: Processing and monitoring.
- Water Collection and Deliveries: Maintain and execute.
- Additional Duties: Other related functions within the Customer Service Department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Matric with Maths.
- Certification: Diploma in Customer Service Relations or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- License: Valid code 8 driver’s licence.
