Programme Details
Department: Budget & Treasury Office
Duration: 36 Months
Stipend: R100,000.00 per annum
Location: Qumrha, Eastern Cape
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A three-year qualification (National Diploma or Degree) in Accountancy, Financial Information Systems, or Information Technology from a recognized institution
Knowledge:
- Understanding of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA)
- Familiarity with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA)
- Knowledge of Generally Recognized Accounting Practice (GRAP)
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong report writing abilities
Additional:
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
- Preference will be given to unemployed graduates within the Amathole Region
