The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is offering an exciting Graduate Development Programme for 2024/25, aimed at equipping young graduates with essential knowledge and skills in market conduct regulation and supervision. This 24-month programme is designed to develop competent new entrants into the labor market, supporting the FSCA’s mission to transform financial markets, protect customers, and maintain financial stability.
Programme Overview
During the two-year programme, selected graduates will receive hands-on experience, working on real projects within various departments under the guidance of dedicated mentors. The FSCA also provides structured learning opportunities, continuous training, and professional development to prepare participants for a successful career in the financial sector.
Who Should Apply?

- Qualifications: Graduates with degrees in the following fields:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- BCom/National Diploma in Marketing
- BCom Economics
- BSC Mathematics and Statistics
- BCom Financial Accounting / Hons / CTA
- Bachelor of Accounting Science
- BCom Auditing
- Degree/National Diploma in Communication
- Degree in Education
- Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) / Economics
- Degree in Information Technology with relevant certifications (e.g., ISC2 Cybersecurity, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure)
- Eligibility: Applicants must be South African citizens with a valid ID, have no prior work experience, and possess a strong interest in the financial services sector.
