ERWAT’s Commercial Business Department is seeking four In-service Trainees to join their team and participate in this comprehensive training programme. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to enhance their skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Requirements

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Must have completed all theoretical modules required for a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Must not have participated in a formal internship or experiential learning programme.
  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and written skills.
    • Ability to stand for long hours and be physically fit.
    • Good time management and organizing skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills.

The selection of candidates will be at the sole discretion of ERWAT, taking into account various factors, including the company’s Employment Equity Policy and Strategy.
