Purpose of the Internship

The RAF Invoicing Internship aims to equip graduates with practical skills and experience in the finance sector. Interns will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various tasks within the Claims Operations Department, including:

  • Keeping client information up-to-date.
  • Creating and sending invoices and statements to claimants.
  • Providing updates on payout progress.
  • Implementing unusual occurrence procedures.
  • Assisting with typing and editing briefs, technical papers, letters, and memos.
  • Reporting on emerging risks.
  • Following up with stakeholders to keep them informed about query statuses.
  • Conducting duplicate checks on all invoices before issuing.
  • Validating expert invoices and details.
  • Validating supplier claim or invoice details.

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for the RAF Invoicing Internship, applicants must provide certified copies of the following documents:

  • Grade 12/NQF 4 level certificate
  • National Diploma/B Degree in a Finance or related qualification
  • Identification document (ID)
  • Academic transcript
  • CV and motivational letter
