Job Title: Quality Control Intern

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Health Science
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of TB, STIs, and other health-related issues

Key Responsibilities
- Review all participant files and electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) daily to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all required source documents are completed and filed in participant files daily.
- Conduct quality assurance checks for completed study visits and eCRFs.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data and procedures.
- Generate daily error reports regarding previous data submissions.
- Compile Quality Control (QC) reports.
- Close off queries on Redcap for all attended/addressed queries.
- Identify and address query trends, evaluate, and monitor workflows.
