Position Overview
As an intern at Alfa Laval, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Alfa Laval products and services. This role involves following established sales processes, identifying customer needs, creating and following up on quotes, and proactively seeking upselling opportunities. You will also utilize the CRM tool to support the sales process and make informed decisions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
- Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customers.
- Create and actively follow up on transactional quotes.
- Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
- Actively follow up on quotes to ensure the proposed value matches customer needs.
- Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and make decisions.
