Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 10 or higher
- Experience: Prior experience in a formal cleaning environment, grounds maintenance, or waste management
- Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with fellow workers, physical strength and health, capacity to work under pressure, and willingness to work shifts
- Flexibility: Willingness to relieve or relocate to other sections of Administration and Logistics as needed
Duties
As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintenance and development of hospital grounds and gardens
- Removal of garden waste
- Planting of plants and flowers
- Cutting of trees
- Watering of plants and flowers
- Preparation of event platforms
- Supervisory functions in any section of Administration and Logistics as determined by managers
- Maintenance of horticulture equipment
- Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
