About the Program
The Graduate in Training (GIT) program is designed for graduates with a B Degree or B Tech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioural Science. You will be based in Gauteng, South Africa, working under the Strategic Service Function within the Strategic Function business unit.
What Will You Do?
As a GIT in Human Resources, you will be involved in various important tasks, including:
- Skills Planning: Identifying and planning the skills needed for various roles within the organization.
- Organisational Effectiveness: Contributing to processes that ensure the company operates effectively.
- Performance Management: Assisting in evaluating employee performance and helping develop improvement plans.
- Employee and Labour Relations Management: Supporting HR efforts to maintain positive relationships between the organization and its employees.
- Talent and Skill Management: Helping identify and develop talent within the company.
- Exit Management: Assisting with the processes involved when employees leave the company.
- HR Information Management: Working with HR systems and information to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Skills Needed
