The Department of Employment and Labour (Compensation Fund) is excited to announce the opening of applications for its Developmental Programmes for the financial year 2024/25. These programmes include the Structured Youth Development and Graduate Internship programmes, designed to provide invaluable work exposure to both graduates and undergraduates.
About the Programmes
The Developmental Programmes aim to offer work experience over a period of twenty-four (24) months to help young individuals gain practical skills and enhance their employability. To be eligible, applicants must be unemployed, have never participated in any Developmental Programme before, and be between the ages of 18 and 35.
