1. Personal Assistant (PA) to the CFO
Job Location: Head Office, Johannesburg
Salary: R376,413 per annum (Level 8)

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant or secretarial experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced computer literacy.
- Must be a South African citizen.
Competencies:
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and typing skills (35 words per minute).
- Ability to handle confidential matters.
- Understanding of financial terminology.
- Multitasking ability, integrity, and honesty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CFO.
- Screen and answer calls, act as a liaison officer for the CFO.
- Arrange travel and reservations.
- Prepare reports and correspondence.
- Manage the CFO’s appointments and maintain the diary.
- Organize meeting venues, agendas, and take minutes.
- Properly file and archive documents.
- Ensure accuracy of financial documents and organize the CFO’s office activities.

- Grade 12/equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 4 years of experience in outreach and community-based practitioner roles.
- Fluency in Sepedi, Xitsonga, and Tshivenda.
Professional Knowledge:
- Strong analytical, teamwork, stakeholder management, negotiation, advocacy, and presentation skills.
Duties:
- Manage and facilitate gender transformation training initiatives.
- Engage and collaborate with CGE stakeholders for public education projects.
