Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Recognized National Diploma (NQF 6) in Office Management and Technology/Public Management or related qualification
- Advanced experience in policy development and implementation strategies
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a strategic planning and administration environment
- Knowledge of Public Service legislations, policies, and corporate governance
- Understanding of the TVET/CET administration and higher education sector
Key Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the principal’s office
- Serve as the secretariat for various college committees
- Oversee logistics, meeting arrangements, and training interventions
- Manage resources and ensure completion of performance agreements

- In-depth knowledge of financial management and public sector legislation
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAGE, and ITS
Key Duties:
- Manage payments, monthly reconciliations, and inventory records
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant legislation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
