The Toyota Maintenance Learnership is a structured programme that combines practical workplace exposure with theoretical learning. As a participant, you will be exposed to various critical areas of automotive maintenance and operations, including:

- Assembly and manufacturing processes
- Welding techniques and practices

Qualifications and Experience Required
To qualify for the Toyota Maintenance Learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirements:
- National Technical Certificate [N3 – N6]
- Matric/Technical Matric with subjects like Maths & Physical Science or Engineering Science
- Electrical Trade Theory, Mechanical Trade Theory, or Motor Trade Theory
