About the SAFCOL Mechanized Harvesting Learnership Programme:

SAFCOL’s Learnership Programme provides both theoretical and hands-on training, offering a solid foundation in forestry operations. The programme aims to equip learners with the skills needed to enhance their chances of securing employment in the forestry sector or even starting their own small business.

  • Program Duration: 10 months
  • Qualification: National Certificate in Forestry: Harvesting (NQF Level 3)
  • Location: SAFCOL Training Center in Platorand, Sabie, Mpumalanga Province
  • Stipend: A monthly stipend is provided during the program.
