  • Infrastructure Construction Management: Manage activities relating to infrastructure construction in accordance with the City’s policies and guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare quarterly and monthly reports on transport infrastructure construction projects.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor the implementation of financial controls and procedures and provide information to support financial planning sequences.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality deliverables and formulate the scope of work for projects.
  • Design Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret design and detailed drawings from architects and other engineers.
  • Cost Monitoring: Monitor costs to ensure deliverables are completed within the stipulated budget.
