About the Ninety One Bursary Programme
The Ninety One #Changeblazer bursary programme is designed to support South African students pursuing degrees in specific fields of study for the 2025 academic year. The bursary covers a range of expenses, including full tuition fees, study materials, accommodation, and meals. The programme is administered by Career Wise, which handles the application process, shortlisting, and final selection.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Ninety One Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizenship
- Under 21 years old in 2025
- Currently in Matric (Grade 12)
- Intend to study full-time towards a qualification in one of the specified fields
- Entering the first year of university in 2025
- Intend to study at a recognised university in South Africa
- Preferably achieved a minimum overall average of 70% or Level 6 in English and Mathematics or Sciences in Grade 11
- Proven financial need (family income less than R600 000 per year, special circumstances considered)
- Meet the minimum entry requirements for the chosen field of study
- Excellent academic record
- Strong leadership qualities
How to Apply
