Requirements
- Higher Certificate in Office Administration/Management/Public Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) project in the PM Unit.
- Record project data using templates provided by the Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure.
- Capture EPWP workers’ attendance on the system.
- Compile EPWP working schedules according to municipal needs.
- Prepare monthly reports and statistics on EPWP performance.
- Manage attendance registers for payroll processing.
- Submit attendance registers and reports to the PMU Unit Manager.
- File all EPWP-related documents.
- Support and assist with administrative duties as required by the PMU team.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance in the respective field.
- Follow guidance and supervision from municipal supervisors in each specific field.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
