About the Role
Pamodzi Unique Engineering is seeking a qualified HR Administrator to assist in all aspects of human resources. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and administrative duties.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Matric and National Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) from an accredited and reputable tertiary institution (3 years).
- Experience: 1-2 years of HR administrator experience in the Metal Industry or FMCG (a must).
- Additional Requirements: Must include an academic record with your application.
