Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum one year of relevant experience (an advantage)
- Understanding of appeal processes and petition procedures (an advantage)
- Experience in general administration or court-related functions (an advantage)
- Valid driver’s license (an advantage)
- Understanding of confidentiality in government settings

Duties
As a Registrar’s Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficient case flow management support for the Court
- Handling enquiries and correspondences from stakeholders
- Proper filing and safekeeping of court records
- Administration of appeal and petition processes
- Receipt, processing, and allocation of case numbers for pleadings
- General administrative duties as required
