Requirements

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • HRM: National Diploma (NQF 6) or B Degree (NQF 6) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Training and Development.
  • OD: National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelors Degree (NQF 7) in Work-study, Management Services, Productivity Management, Operations Management, Organisation and Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Sports Science, or Exercise Science.
  • Diploma (NQF 5) or Higher Certificate (NQF 4) in Records Management and Archives.

Duties

Interns will gain practical experience in Human Capital Management, enhancing their skills and preparing them for future career opportunities.
