1. Personal Assistant (PA) to the CFO

Job Location: Head Office, Johannesburg
Salary: R376,413 per annum (Level 8)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of relevant or secretarial experience.
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer literacy.
  • Must be a South African citizen.

Competencies:

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills (35 words per minute).
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Understanding of financial terminology.
  • Multitasking ability, integrity, and honesty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CFO.
  • Screen and answer calls, act as a liaison officer for the CFO.
  • Arrange travel and reservations.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Manage the CFO’s appointments and maintain the diary.
  • Organize meeting venues, agendas, and take minutes.
  • Properly file and archive documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial documents and organize the CFO’s office activities.

2. Assistant Director: Education Officer

Job Location: Limpopo Office, Polokwane
Salary: R444,036.88 per annum (Level 9)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 4 years of experience in outreach and community-based practitioner roles.
  • Fluency in Sepedi, Xitsonga, and Tshivenda.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, teamwork, stakeholder management, negotiation, advocacy, and presentation skills.

Duties:

  • Manage and facilitate gender transformation training initiatives.
  • Engage and collaborate with CGE stakeholders for public education projects.
