Main Purpose of the Job
The primary role of the Office Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Provincial Office. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage various office tasks efficiently and support the Provincial Manager in their daily activities.
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate Provincial Manager’s Diary: Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and other activities.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and accommodations for provincial staff.
- Filing Systems: Maintain both electronic and manual filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Compliance Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting provincial compliance reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the provincial office to ensure smooth operations.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies.
Required Minimum Work Experience
- 2 – 3 years of experience in office administration.
- Demonstrable knowledge of secretarial duties and the MS Office package.
