The Necsa Learning Academy is offering a 24-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for qualifying students to gain practical experience. This programme targets unemployed South African citizens aged 18 to 35 who have completed their N6 qualification from TVET Colleges.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this programme, you must:

  • Be a South African citizen aged 18 to 35.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Have completed the N6 qualification from a TVET College.
  • Provide a letter from your institution confirming the completion of the theoretical component of your studies and the need for practical experience in one of the following fields:
    • Electrical
    • Instrumentation
    • Fitter and Turner
    • Mechanical Fitter
    • Boilermaker
    • Welder
